Gaskell Law Limited (GLL) is different from most other law firms. GLL is known as an Entity. Our legal team includes barristers, solicitors and caseworkers. Our staff will work closely together on your case.
Our multidisciplinary way of working ensures that usually, you will not require to instruct another legal professional for your case. We manage all your legal requirements from the moment you contact us to the time that your case needs to go before a Tribunal or a Court.
The Entity is regulated by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) to whom our Managing Director is directly accountable. In addition, each barrister and each solicitor is professionally regulated by the Bar Council of England and Wales or the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA), as applicable. Our caseworkers are directly managed and supervised by either a barrister or a solicitor.
This means that our clients can be confident that both GLL and its professionals are properly regulated.
Barristers at Gaskell Law Limited are happy to provide advice and advocacy services to solicitors in areas of their expertise. Our barristers have experience in most areas of civil law. One of our barristers is a qualified medical doctor and has an interest in clinical negligence.
In addition, our legal team is well equipped to assist our lay clients with legal advice within our areas of expertise and to undertake litigation and advocacy in all the courts in England and Wales.
