Iqbal Sram - Managing Director and Barrister

Mr Sram is a barrister and was called to the bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1996 and is an authorised pupil supervisor. He is also is fully qualified medical doctor having graduated from Manchester University.
His main areas of interest are:

Including all matters relating to statutory and contractual dismissal, all aspects is discrimination covered by the Equality Act 2010, public interest disclosure related dismissal and disputes relating to equal pay and pay in general.

Immigration law: including leave to enter and remain in the UK, family reunion and leave to remain on the basis of parental responsibility for a child. He also has experience in relation to asylum related matters including fresh claim and certification of lodged claims for asylum. He also advises clients in relation to entrepreneur visas and highly skilled migrant visas
Personal Injury
Advice and representation on personal injury sustained in various settings including psychiatric injury. Advice and representation in relation to portal related claim and clinical negligence cases.
Common Law
Advice and representation on common contract related disputes including drafting contracts and interpretation of already drafted contracts
